Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back. 😎 A few quick rules to keep things smooth: 🚫 IF YOU SELECT THE NON-REFUND OPTION AND WISH TO CANCEL OUTSIDE OF THE 24-HOUR PERIOD FROM TIME OF BOOKING, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 🚫 No parties, zero tolerance (we’re all about chill vibes, not wild nights). 🚫 No extra overnight guests (just the crew you booked for, please!). 🚫 No smoking inside the apartment or on the grounds PERIOD! If our cleaners suspect you or anyone in your party has been smoking inside the apartment, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.... And yes, that includes marijuana and vaping.
