A couple of quick things to keep in mind: IMPORTANT: There is a monitoring device in the apartment that detects excessive noise and smoking of any kind. We do get alerts when either of these things is detected. If we get more than 2 alerts, you will be asked to leave, and there is NO REFUND. Since cannabis is totally legal here in Michigan, you might catch a whiff of it from neighboring apartments now and then (NO, IT'S NOT ALLOWED IN OUR APARTMENT). It’s out of our hands, but we promise it’s nothing too wild! We want you to have the BEST time here, but we also ask that you treat the space (and your fellow tenants) with respect. Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back. 😎 A few quick rules to keep things smooth: 🚫 IF YOU SELECT THE NON-REFUND OPTION AND WISH TO CANCEL OUTSIDE OF THE 24-HOUR PERIOD FROM TIME OF BOOKING, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 🚫 No parties (we’re all about chill vibes, not wild nights). Zero tolerance; you will be asked to leave, and there's no refund. 🚫 No extra overnight guests (just the crew you booked for, please!). 🚫 No smoking inside the apartment or on the grounds, and yes, that includes vaping and marijuana (fresh air only, folks!).
